Garden Butter Cream


Made this in my cooking class, was simple and easy, the cake taste fantastic too. love it, you guys has to try it.


Here is the receipe:


For the cake i use Lapis surabaya Cake


Ingredients :

7 eggs yolk

3 white egg

90 gr castor sugar

1 tsp emulsifier

70 gr flour

9 gr milk powder

9 gr maizena



90 gr butter

1 tsp rhum

1 tsp coholate paste

1 tbs milk


Filling : strawberry jam
For the butter cream:
1000 gr White butter
250 gr australian butter
1 tbs rhum
250 gr sugar syrup



method :

* preheat oven to 180 degrees

* butter 3 oval pans, 18x18 cm.

* beat eggs and flour, emulsifier untill all the ingredients turn to white.

* add butter mix all up.

* Divide the mixture evenly between the prepared pans

* add chocolate paste to one of the mixture

* then add yellow to the rest two of the igredients
* bake for 20 min or utill firm to touch.
To make the butter Cream :
* beat all the igrediets untill soft white
* add colours
* decorate
